360 Recruitment Consultant – Crawley

 Industrial / Engineering / Commercial | Temp or Perm | Up to £35K Basic | OTE £75K+ | Hybrid Working | Car Parking Available

Our client, a well-established multi-sector recruitment business based in Crawley, is looking to hire a driven and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. This is an additional hire due to growth — the current team is performing well across multiple sectors, but they’re looking to bring in someone with strong sales ability to help take things to the next level.
This role is being exclusively managed by Wisdom Recruitment.

The Opportunity

You’ll be running a full 360 desk within either the industrial, engineering or commercial space — and our client is open to whether you focus on temporary or permanent recruitment, depending on your background. What really matters is your ability to develop new business, win clients, and close deals. There’s already a high-performing sales team in place, and you’ll be joining a genuinely supportive, positive environment where collaboration is key.

Who We’re Looking For

• A proven 360 recruiter with a background in billing and business development


• Someone with experience in industrial, engineering, or commercial recruitment (though other sectors may be considered if you’re very sales-focused)


• Confident on the phone and comfortable generating new business


• Open to temp or perm – the business can be flexible for the right person


• A team player who enjoys a lively, collaborative environment
