Role - 360 Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location - Brighton

Sector -  Commercial

Salary -  Up to £35k + comms

Our client is an independant boutique.  Started up by top billing by ex-agency recruiters wanting to offer an exceptional personalised solution to clients which they were unable to offer within the boundaries of a multi-national recruitment company.  They focus solely on long term relationships and adding value to the clients they partner.  Due to this the majority of their business is referral based. With over over 20 years success and an ever growing client base they are looking to grow their team to meet demand and have openings for experienced 360 recruiters and also need recruitment resourcers to join them.
 

Experience -  

We would love to hear from Experienced recruiters that:

- You have over 2 years agency recruitment experience 

- Have proven success managing and growing a desk within perm or temp recruitment

- Are an excellent communicator and take pride in doing a good job

- Want to step out of big agency recruitment and take a fresh approach to consulting

AND potential Resourcers 

- Worked as a recruitment resourcer or research assistant previously

- The ability to manage your time effectively and work reactively

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 

- Previous experience talking on the phones at a professional level
