My client actively seeking driven and ambitious individuals who are seeking a position within recrutiment, whereby there is no expectation of business development or cold calling - but servicing Clients and supporting them through the Recruitment Journey.
You will Manage exisiting Clients as well as servicing new Accounts if generated.
Responsibilities
- Working closing with a Resourcer team to ensure the relevant SLA's i.e., time to hire, quality of Candidates, shortlists etc
- Relationship building and communicating with both clients and candidates
- Managing candidates through their interview process(es) and handling job offers
- Most importantly, closing deals!
- Working in the permanent and contract space throughout the UK
Requirements
- Personable, confident and an outgoing character
- Naturally motivated to hit targets and determination to develop a career in recruitment
- Hardworking and efficient attitude
- Ability to 'think outside the box’
- Previous Recruitment experience
