Role: Recruitment Business Development Manager
Salary: Negotiatble, depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to bring in new business for an incredibly well-established Recruitment Agency. They are experiencing organic growth across all sectors meaning they are consistently growing.

• In Recruitment and LOVE BD ?
• Prefer not to do the Resourcing and filling of vacancies ?
• Want to be part of a highly successful independent business ?
• Want to work with an agency that has exceptional Tech including CRM for Candidates (Online time-sheets, Geo mapping, face recognition ) ?
• Want to work for a Gangmaster licenced agency ?

Duties:

• Selling recruitment solutions within the relevant sector
• Actively carry out sales calls and strategies
• Clearly identify end user business needs in order to continually progress solutions for the sector
• Negotiating the best rates
• Create a presence through networking, mailers, and social media posts
• Following up with leads - cold or warm
• Attending and conducting business meetings with prospect and previous clients

The ideal Business Development Manager will have:

• Recruitment and business development experience - essential
• Industrial recruitment experience - ideal
• Ability to understand the customers business
• Excellent communication skills
• Driving licence
• The ability to work under pressure
• Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets
