They have just taken on some very big contracts for the UK rail industry and have more roles than they're able to fill.As a result, they need another recruiter who knows the sector inside out to come and help. Of course, with any Agency-based recruitment role, there will be an element of business development to this. However, the chance to work 100% remotely is on offer for an exceptional candidate.The Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in the rail sector
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and make sales calls
- Have a very good face to face presence when meeting clients and candidates
- Smartly dressed
- Strong work ethic
- Hungry to progress up the company ranks
- Excellent communication skills
- Have strong rapport building skills.
