- Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Sector: Blue Collar Construction
Location: Bath
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 Basic OTE + Amazing Commission
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing full life cycle recruitment including business development and ensuring effective recruitment processes (360 recruiter).
You will be working within the construction market within the permanent and temporaries sector.
How will you spend your days?
- Business development - prospect and existing business
- Candidate registrations
- Negotiating terms of employment with prospective clients
- Account management with existing clients
- Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification
- Using various online job boards and social media tools, you will Source, screen applicants, and network with Candidates
- Update candidate information and activity on our in-house recruitment database
Who are you?
- You will have previous recruitment experience
- Confident making sales calls
- Strong face to face skills
- Well presented
- Strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and Enthusiastic
- Tenacious
- Great personality
- Must have a full clean driving licence and own vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
