Wisdom Recruitment adopts a simple and honest approach with clients, there is no conflict of interest as we only do Rec 2 Rec unlike many others.
We take the time to understand you, your business and what you really expect from a Rec 2 Rec. Wisdom will not send you dozens of CVs. A candidate will only be forwarded for consideration after they have completed an in-depth interview with one of our experienced consultants, and we are sure that they match your requirements.
At Wisdom our aim is simple - we offer our clients the service that they want and deserve. Many of our clients recognise that Wisdom provide a better service than they had previously received, and that’s why many clients use us exclusively.
We take a traditional approach, using various methods to ensure that we attract the best candidates for our clients. We will use advertising, recommendations/referrals, networking and active headhunting, depending on which approach is most appropriate to each situation.
