What can I say? - At last a Rec2Rec that gives recruitment a good name and restores my faith in this niche sector! I have refrained from using Rec2Rec services in the past as I found them to be far too pushy and did not really take the time to listen to me or find out what my background and strengths are. I am delighted that Rachael from Wisdom contacted me - she was thorough, professional and clearly takes her role very seriously. Rachael took the time to go through my background experience in detail and even understood when I told her I really was not sure of what I was looking for in my next role. She clearly has both an excellent understanding of and close relationships with all of her clients and after interviewing me in detail she came up with 3 possible job opportunities - she quickly arranged an interview with the client we both felt was the best fit and briefed me in detail.
