Salary: c£35k basic DOE Uncapped OTE c£80k

My client is a large, well known recruiter with offices across the UK. Due to expansion they are currently seeking an experienced Perms Recruitment Consultant to join their successful division within the Reading office.
Successful candidates will have previous recruitment experience, along with strong business development skills and a consultative approach to recruitment.

The client is offering a basic salary of c£35k DOE plus uncapped Commission c£80k OTE
