Salary: £25-35k plus uncapped commission c£80k OTE
My client are a market leading, premium recruitment organisation with an excellent reputation for specialising within the commercial (office support) sector. Priding themselves on providing the best candidates to high quality organisations this is a professional, polished ‘grown up’ recruitment environment where Consultants manage their own time and success and aren’t micro managed or forced to work to ridiculous KPI’s.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join an established and successful team. My client is open on whether you are a temp or perm Consultant as this is an extra headcount role and they are planning to expand both sides of the business.
My client are offering a basic salary of between £25k and £35k dependant on experience along with an uncapped commission structure meaning the skies the limit earnings wise.
